About

Claire Flynt is a songwriter and music educator based in Nashville, TN. She studied music business and piano at Berklee College of Music and has since built a multifaceted career blending songwriting, performance, and mentorship.

Her songs have been featured on CMT and a Times Square billboard, and she’s a two-time song contest winner alongside collaborators Drew Schueler and Nell Maynard, winning both the NSAI 23rd Annual Song Contest (“Hurtable”) and the American Songwriter Song Contest (“This Is Where”). She also won the SoundCloud Standout Award for her song “Bigger Person,” and co-wrote and played flute on Theo Kandel’s EP title track “Spin Cycle.”

A skilled multi-instrumentalist, Claire is passionate about music education. She contributes to the Country Music Hall of Fame’s Words & Music program, Berklee’s Aspire program, and offers private lessons and group classes to students of all ages in songwriting, piano, guitar, and ukulele.
